This system is usually built into cable fault location systems, but can also be used as a portable device for fault converting or burning.

The digital control unit, can be used in basic operations as a burner for cable faults that are difficult to locate and as a control device for an external test system. With this external test system you can carry out conventional DC tests or the long established and norm compliant VLF testing (cable testing) using the VLF 0.1 cosine rectangular wave form.
