PY-IAVoltage Tester
The PY-1A Voltage pocket-sized voltage tester detects AC and DC voltage ranges on cables, circuit
breakers, wall sockets, junction boxes and other electrical wiring through direct contact.
• Neon lights indicate AC voltage at 120, 240, 277, • Test leads store conveniently in back of unit,
480 V and DC voltage at 160, 330, 380, and 600 V properly spaced for outlet testing.
• For use on energized or non-energized circuits • CSA listed. Safety rated to European Standard
• Simple one hand operation, no buttons or 61010-01 Category III 600 V
setup required

With quick go/no-go tests, you can find opens, shorts and miswired cable installations. You can
either step through the test cable one at a time, or let the unit automatically pulse through the
pin-outs and display the results.

on wall plate or patch panels • Two sets of LED lights indicate source and test
• Maximum line length: 328 yards (300 m)
