Ģ Cold Shrink QT-III Terminations
3M™ Cold Shrink QT-1I17640-T-HSG & 7650-T-HSG Series Termination Kit includes a non-skirted, 1-piece termination.
It ensures a pliable, tight seal for tape shield, wire-over-tape shield and longitudinally corrugated shield power cables.
The conjunction of high dielectric-constant material and sealing compounds allows the termination to withstand voltages
of 5 to 35kV.
• Provides a void-free seal to tape shield, wire-over-tape shield and longitudinally corrugated shield power cables
• High dielectric-constant material regulates the distribution of electric field stress
• Suitable for indoor and high-ampacity ground applications
• Termination has 1.05 to 1.80-in insulation 0.0.
• Accommodates wire sizes of 700 to 1500 kcmil at 5kV, 600 to 1250 kcmil at 8 kV, 500 to 1000 kcmil at 15kV
• Molded, silicone rubber insulation offers durability and provides constant radial pressure
• Withstands voltages of 5 to 35kV and is 110 kV BIL-rated
• Includes a non-skirted, cold shrink termination
• IEEE Standard 48 Class 1 Approved for indoor and weather-protected applications
